A CLOSER LOOK AT ALL THE DELIGHTS ON THESE SMALL PLATES

We are ready … fresh-air events have always been our hallmark, we are ready for the changes that the Corona virus has presented.  We have worked with our Department of Health, our health inspectors and advisors, to write and implement a multi-faceted Covid safety plan.  Of pivotal importance is our willingness to follow the guidelines and make continuous adjustments.  These steps range from following mask and social distancing protocols, to our going above and beyond by having a designated Covid-safety site manager – and partnering with you to communicate safety guidelines to your guests to make your event as safe as possible.  

Our physical set-up will include using separated serving tables, instead of our previous buffet style, multiple hand-sanitizing locations, serving each food item on a separate eco-friendly plate or bowl, adequate signage and line-formation guides.

We ask that you provide a catering prep tent along side or close to your guest tent, and that you also select your friendliest event-helper to systematically send your masked-donned guests up to our tables, one-at-a-time.  We are truly appreciative of your assistance!
