BBQ Pulled Pork – tangy, slow smoked pulled pork with the sweet compliment of seasonal peaches, mangoes or pineapple on our San Marzano sauce
Wood-fired Roasted Veggie – a colorful moziac of local vegetables, served on a bed of herbed ricotta cheese, finished with savory olive oil and fresh basil. * This is a vegetarian pizza which we can make without cheese for vegans
Herb Ricotta with Arugula – a bountiful serving of brilliant greens, lightly-dressed and topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes freshly picked from our gardens
Chicken Apple Sausage – on herbed ricotta, artisan cheeses, heirloom tomatoes, and a finely diced sprig of fennel
Our Homemade Fig Jam – topped with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola, presented with a drizzle of truffle balsamic
Golden and Blue Oyster, Shitake and Maitake Wild Mushrooms from RI Mushroom Company, Vermont Maple Bacon, caramelized onion, artisan cheeses and fresh basil
Lobster with farm-fresh roasted corn, finely chopped parsley and sweet red onion
